Seshagiri Rao Malineni

Seshagiri Rao Malineni is a distinguished professional who has made significant contributions to the field of technical education over the course of his illustrious career. Holding both a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and an M.Tech in Heat Power Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru University, he possesses a solid academic foundation in his field. With 38 years of dedicated service in the Technical Education Department, Mr. Malineni has held various pivotal roles including Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, Head of Department, and Principal.

His expertise and leadership were further recognized through his tenure as Deputy Secretary and Joint Secretary (Controller of Examinations) at the State Board of Technical Education, A.P. His commitment to excellence was acknowledged by the state government when he was honored with the Best Principal award in 2017. Additionally, his visionary leadership led his institution to be recognized as the Best Institute for the year 2016 in both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana by the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE).

Mr. Malineni's influence extends beyond his institution as he has served as a committee member for both the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and the Andhra Pradesh Fee Regulatory Committee (AFRC), where he played a crucial role in shaping policies and regulations. Furthermore, his dedication to fostering skill development is evident through his advisory role with Design Tech, a prominent partner in skill development initiatives in Andhra Pradesh.
