Sri Vemuri Baburao

Vemuri Baurai was born in 1955 in Ghantasala, a village known for Buddhist culture to Sri Vemuri Venkatakrishnaiah and Sugunavathi. Completed schooling in ZPH School Kosuru and Intermediate in HinduCollege, Machilipatnam, B.Sc in Andhra Loyola College, Vijayawada and M.Sc in Andhra University, Visakhapatnam.

Joined as Lecturer in P.B. Siddhartha College of Arts and Science in 1981 and continued the Teaching profession till the retirement in the same college. Rendered the service to the college as Lecturer, Additional Controller of Examinations, Academic Officer, Head of the Department of Zoology, IQAC coordinator, NAAC coordinator, Vice principal, Principal and retired from the Service in 2013 to be continued the journey as Director of the College.

Apart from the college services, continued his zeal as an authorscribbling as many as 25 textbooks to various publishers like Telugu Academy, Board of Intermediate Education, Wiley international, ABC Publications, Deepti Publications and Nagarjuna Publications.

Set the EAMCET papers to Government of Andhra Pradesh. Also, acted as an Advisory member to the Government of Andhra Pradesh on EAMCET examinations.

Also the member of Board of Studies in AcharyaNagarjuna University and various Autonomous Colleges.

It has been the privilege to work in the same organization in various capacities since 1981.
